Apple Business Chat with iMessage Rogers is an app that now supports Apple Business Chat, Apple’s service launched in 2018, which will slowly attract more business receivers.
As the first Canadian iPhone spot, when the user texts the Rogers toll-free number, there is a new option to start chatting with the messaging app.
Apple Business Chat with iMessage The “Send us a message” option has a message icon, with the message “Get quick and easy support from our team”. Displays the Rogers logo with a “verified” badge. You can message or call Rogers from the options above.
Apple Business Chat launched with iOS 11.3. This feature allows users to easily communicate with businesses directly from their iPhone, iPad, and Mac email apps, and over the years, organizations like Quicken Loans Arena, David’s Bridal Wedding, and Burns & Noble have added support for function.
When launched, Apple Business Chat itself provided support for Apple, Discover, Hilton, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Marriott International, Neveg, TD AmericaTrade, Wells Fargo, and 1-800-Flower. There are over 40 companies that have merged with iMessage, you can see it here.
