Biden says US justice  the U.S. Department of Justice wants to appeal a new court ruling that effectively halted the Obama-era campaign to protect young immigrants from deportation.

Texas Federal Judge Andrew Henen on Friday ruled the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program illegal. The program prevents the deportation of immigrants who were illegally brought to the United States as children, known as “dreaming.”

The ruling barred the government from approving any new applications – in other words, suspending calls. For now, the summons are reserved for the more than 1,61,000,000 people enrolled in the program until other courts weigh in. Han Henen’s decision also favors eight conservative states who have sued for failing to appeal.

“Yesterday’s federal court ruling is disappointing. Although the court order will not affect current recipients, the decision rejects thousands of young immigrants for an uncertain future,” the president said in a statement.

“The Department of Justice wants to appeal this decision to preserve and enforce the call. And, as the court acknowledged, the Department of Homeland Security plans to issue a proposed rule regarding recovery in the near future. ”

Texas has been on fire since the Conservatives called for it since it was created in 2012. In 2018, Texas requested the closure of the program through an initial order.

After Hanen rejected the request, his verdict seemed to have been suppressed ever since. Henen said he believes calling as established was probably unconstitutional without congressional approval.

Henen also decided in 2015 that Barack Obama could not protect or implement the dream that protects the parents of dreamers.

In September 2011, the Trump administration announced that they planned to end the call, leaving recipients in a quandary. After a huge legal battle, the U.S. Supreme Court has blocked Donald Trump’s efforts.

Biden called on Dak to be permanent and promised publicity that he would make the program permanent. In March, the U.S. House green-light law that paved the way for dreamers to become citizens was overturned in the Senate.

“In 2012, the Obama-Biden administration enacted the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy, which allows millions of young immigrants to live, study and work in our communities in the United States. Nine years later, Congress has not worked to pave the way for dreamers to become citizens, “Biden’s statement added.

“But only Congress can ensure a lasting solution to the visionary’s path to citizenship that will ensure the needs and availability of these young people and provide stability. I have repeatedly called on Congress to pass the American Dreams and Commitments Act, and I am urgently renewing this call.

“It is my firm hope that through reconciliation or other means Congress will eventually provide protection to all dreamers who have survived the long term,” Biden said.
