European Real Estate Schroeder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc said on Monday that it received the most rents in the third quarter and that the value of its portfolio rose slightly.
The European City-Centered Investment Trust said it received around 949% of rent for the quarter ended Dec.31, up from 92% for the previous two quarters.
European Real Estate The company added that as of June 30, its portfolio of assets was independently valued at 204.7 million euros (1 241.0 million), up 0.9% from the valuation on March 31.
And increased the rental value of its office building in Hamburg and improved the estimated rental value of its office building in Stuttgart.
The company said it continues to consider new investments aimed at increasing diversification and strengthening exposure to growth.
