On July 5, the Director General of Health (DGHS) raised the age limit for vaccine registration to at least 35 years. After that, it was made 30 years and then 25 years.
People on the priority list of the Covid-1 vaccine can be vaccinated regardless of their age. Students have now been added to the priority list.
As of August 19, more than 33.9 million people had registered for the vaccine. Of these, 16.1 million were given the first dose and 2.2 million were fully vaccinated.
